True Colors - Racial Insults

The racial put downs are just beginning in this election with Obama headed to be the first African American Presidential Nominee. With the Clintons carefully using racial politics to garner votes and the MSM giving them a pass it’s a wonder Hillary hasn’t just flat out said “Obama can’t be the President because he’s black and it’s my turn anyway - did you notice I’m white”?
Can you imagine what type of unadulterated nonsense we will all be subjected to once Obama is declared the Democratic Nominee? Some white folks are going to go ape shyt crazy and start foaming at the mouth at the thought of a brotha actually inhabiting the “White House”. We’re already getting a taste of it from the MSM political pundints such as Pat Buchanan with his piece on “A Brief for Whitey” in which he states “America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships” and his more recent post defending Clinton for the “Sen. Obama’s support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again” statement .
Some will be so frightened that Obama has gotten so close to the White House that they will no longer attempt to hide their hatred for those they perceive as different or inferior. Some will use this division to garner votes, ratings and attention while others will use the division in a more sinister way to swell their ranks and promote their divisive agendas. This entire “race” issue is causing us to miss the larger picture - we are facing some of the worst economic and social issues of our times and if we do not learn how to come together - this country is going to tank and it won’t matter if you’re white, black, pink or purple. We are about to see folks true colors……hopefully the good will outweigh the bad.

What? Racist coming out of the woodwork because a black man is getting too close to the White House? Are you kidding me? That couldn’t be possible.
As soon as Hillary got scared she started pulling that race ish… This guy with the Curious George shirts is doing his thing. I don’t know what is next. I mean damn… They can either get real creative or go back to the classic lynching reminders.
It’s going to get real scary. America brass yourselves.

Yeah, I know I’m stating the obvious but I’m just amazed at the number of folks that thought Obama was going to cruise into the “white house” without YT acting a fool……
It is going to get downright scary. Some of these folks are going to become unhinged….and many of us are not accustomed to the “unmasked racism” that’s coming our way.
You know what is so sad/funny on my part. I appreciate upfront racism. Don’t mask how you feel. Let me see the true you. Forget about the guessing games. But no, we have sleepers in our mist that we have to watch out for.
I agree with Urban…it’s the closet racists that are the scary ones…
I can deal with the ones that are upfront and real with it; at least then, I know how they feel…but the ones that smile in your face and pat you on the back and then stick a knife in you, those are who you have to worry about…
I think that regardless of who is put into the White House, we’re going to see racism show its ugly head like it hasn’t been seen since the Civil Rights movement.
We haven’t seen anything yet. If he gets into office it will be ridiculous.
