Attacked Over Tip or Lack there of?

Why is it that some folk beleive they are entitled to a tip even when they provide subpar service?  I’m notorious for not tipping piss-poor waiters, etc.  as I’ve always felt my tip was directly corrolated to the service provided.  Well apparently those that have the same mentality I have with regards to this issue [...]
